I'm very tulan right this moment.

Maxis have been eating up my credit for no reason for the last few days.

You might say it's because of GPRS because that's the most common problem. BUT I have already subscribed to Hotlink RM2.50 daily BIS plan and I should not be having any worries about my credit running low. RM2.50 will be deducted from my credit every 24 hours. This time, my RM10 credit all gone in 24 hours. I have lost RM30 in 3 days already.

How possible is that?

I already have my BIS activated so why am I still charged for GPRS? What's the use of BIS if I still get charged for GPRS?

Mind you, the only call I made was 9 seconds and cost me 6 cents and I only made ONE SMS to DiGi number.

1) I topped up yesterday afternoon with my balance of RM10.44
2) I subscribed to Hotlink Daily BIS RM2.50 (that should leave me with RM7.94)
3) Didn't make any calls nor messages
4) Checked my credit balance this morning: RM 4.48!
5) Credit kept draining
6) Current credit after BIS renewal, 9 seconds call and one SMS: RM1.12

Tiu.

I've called Maxis Hotline 3 friggin' times today. The last consultant told me I've used up GPRS, I clearly told him I shouldn't be charged for GPRS because I've already subscribed to BIS. He gave me the most ridiculous solution ever. He asked me to switch off my data services!

HELLO, if I switch off, HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO BBM etc?

I definitely know by switching off my data services, my credit won't get deducted. That would also mean I'll be wasting RM2.50 from my BIS because I won't be able to use anything. And he took that as a technical problem. Damn fail lah. Who in the world can still BBM etc with their data services switch off (unless you're using wifi)?

Maxis better train their consultants further. Even if they're not or never use an iPhone, Blackberry whatsoever, they still NEED the knowledge. I do not grow money trees behind my house, I don't have the money to spend RM10 every single day to top up.

Right now, I am still wondering where my RM4+ had gone to?

If it's GPRS then why bother coming up with something called Blackberry Internet Service?
